He was born in Palermo, and started to study dance at the school of the Teatro Massimo of Palermo. In 2002/2003 he participated to the specializing course directed by Mauro Bigonzetti/Aterballetto in Reggio Emilia. Afterwards he collaborated with ITdanza Jove Compania directed by Catherine Allard in Barcelona, where he danced choreographies by  Jiri Kylian, Ohad Naharin, Nacho Duato, Uri Ivgi, Alexander Ekman, Stijn Celis, Rafael Bonachela, Jo Stromgren. In 2007 and 2008 he collaborated with the company NND/Galili Dance directed by Itzik Galili and from 2009 to 2011 he danced with the company NND/Noord Nederlands Dans directed by Stephen Shropshire. In 2010 he has been nominated one of outstanding dancers of the year 2010 by the Dance Europe Magazine for the performance of 'Push' by Stephen Shropshire. In March 2011 he presented his solo Skinny Love at the 15° Stuttgart Solo competition.
